I95 Business Magazine’s annual Women of Influence event took place on April 23, 2024 where two of our teammates– Deborah Dagg (Nealon) and Karen Warthen– were recognized. This event celebrates the achievements and collective success of women in business.

Deborah Dagg, Director of Medical Business Advisors, works to help her clients streamline and improve their healthcare businesses. “We only service healthcare clients,” she says about her work within the larger company, “and we are available to lend our expertise to clients with all aspects of the business side of healthcare: operations, financial management, leadership — however they may need us.” Read Deborah’s feature in I95 here.

Karen Warthen, Managing Director of HR Services, steps in to provide human resources outsourcing services for companies across a variety of industries. “For business growth, that’s where we bring an unbiased perspective, where we’re not connected to the decisions that a company makes,” Warthen says, “We can look from a business perspective and an employee perspective, and then give them what we think the impact will be, without us having a personal agenda.” Read Karen’s feature in I95 here.
