Ed Radwinsky, MA, SPHR joins BlueStone Services, LLC as a HR Consulting Manager. He is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries. He has worked for global public corporations, venture capital funded start-ups, private firms, and non-profit companies.
In his roles, he provided vision and leadership in the design and integration of scalable best practices for organizational assessment and development, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, professional development, training, recognition, DEIB, and talent management. Additionally, he served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on both strategic and tactical matters regarding the delivery of human resources and business initiatives.
Mr. Radwinsky has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Maryland as well as a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. He also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
